Chef Daniel Ubeda started in the dining room and in the kitchen at the first rung of the ladder. He quickly climbed the ladder to manage a bar-brasserie in Saintes-Maries, then, he put his talent to use in an establishment in Montpellier. Thereafter, he will work in the largest restaurants, to learn from the most talented cooks. Since 2013, he has owned Farniente Plage.

The chef of our beach restaurant wants to transmit and share his passion for cooking to customers and new generations. His desire to get involved in his profession led him to carry out actions and events around taste, with a young audience.
It is at Farniente Plage where now he can express all his know-how.
