Chef Daniel Ubeda started in the dining room and in the kitchen at the first rung of the ladder. He quickly climbed the ladder to manage a bar-brasserie in Saintes-Maries, then, he put his talent to use in an establishment in Montpellier. Thereafter, he will work in the largest restaurants, to learn from the most talented cooks. Since 2013, he has owned Farniente Plage.
